Beer Maker’s Dinner

Join us for our Beer Maker’s Dinner on Wednesday, January 9th at 7:00 PM. We welcome you with a 14 ounce pour of our copper ale, Changing Seasons. For our first course, you’ll enjoy our Drunken Shrimp, pan fried bacon wrapped shrimp paired with our Brewdacious Blonde. Next, our Urban Tumbleweed pairs nicely with the Tumbleweed Salad. It’s house smoked bacon, sharp cheddar, crispy onion strings with baby green and spinach tossed in a Maple Ale Vinaigrette. Then savor our Grilled Tournedos of Beef with smashed Yukon Gold potatoes bathed in a pearl onion and sweet potato gravy paired with our Belgian Trippel, Brew Monkey. Finally, we top it all off with our Stout Milkshake, a frothy blend of vanilla ice cream and our Ukranium Krusher, Russian Imperial Stout. This will be paired with our new, rich English Porter, to be debuted that day. Tickets are just $49 per person (not including tax and gratuity) and reservations are required. Seating will be limited.
